live, love, laugh. Just the way I like it.
Every year during ramadhan, we would head over to the nearest bazaar for food. Though they may be overprice, it is always fun to hunt for goodies from the huge variety of stalls.
but I've learned my lesson, every year we get greedy and we buy too much for our stomachs to handle.
this year we decided that we need to pace ourselves, buy what we NEED not what we WANT haha i'm just kidding, we NEED food, we WANT everything. Just basically walk, stop at the stall and if you stay at that particular stall for more than a minute, you should get something. If not, walk away!
Must-try food from a ramadhan bazaar:
- ayam percik
- satay (i prefer the daging/kambing)
- murtabak (ayam/daging)
- cream caramel (dessert)
- kuih batik (i think that's what they call it)
this is how it looks like:
a mixture of Julie's biscuits with milo powder and some sugar
later that night all we did after a full meal was sit down by the pool side and laugh ourselves away
one vain picture of myself before we headed out for Kandypop the following night
