Music has always been a big part of my life but I have never been to any concerts at any stadiums up until I started working a year and a half ago. Remember MTV World Stage last year when the crowd sang to "Nobody Nobody but you!" and "California Girls", more than 10,000 fans at Sunway Lagoon was wowed by its awesome line up- Katy Perry, Tokio Hotel, Bunkface and Wondergirls.

 I also remember attending a few other concerts such as the Adam Lambert Glamnation tour and an exclusive preview in Singapore before Universal Studios even opened.

It was a cherry well popped because Adam's vocals and showmanship made it all worthwhile.

A few months later, we also had Paramore and Kelly Clarkson coming to Malaysia. They must really love the crowd here. =)

But the point of today's entry is of course not about Adam or Kelly Clarkson. It is about the upcoming MTV WORLD STAGE LIVE 2011!! Yes, I bet you have probably heard about it by now. It has a super awesome line up this time around and I really really have to go! Please XPAX, please give me passes!!

This is one of my favourite line ups for this year's MTV World Stage. 30 Second to Mars is a rock band with the very hot Mr. Jared Leto as lead vocalist. I would so definitely sing their very popular hit, THE KILL anytime of the day.

The Kill by 30 Seconds To Mars - awesome introduction to the song! The Kill is a pretty eccentric and dark song, just look at the music video and you'll understand. But still, I super love this song!

The other band that I am looking forward to see at the MTV World Stage this year is..

I first heard about Neon Trees from Shaz, he shared this song with me. Then I took a look at their acoustic version of their first single, Animal on Billboard.com and totally fell in love with this band from Utah.

Only a couple of years old, they are well recognized all around the world and Animal has also been performed by the GLEE cast in season 2.

"Oh oh, I want some more of them, XPAX!" =)

Last year we couldn't get enough of Korean girl group, Wonder Girls, so this year we have Korean boy band, Beast, who has sold more than 20,000 copies in 2009.

Their hit single, Fiction.

Last but not least we always celebrate our local talents at the MTV World Stage.

This year we have POP SHUVIT.

Pop Shuvit has done Malaysians proud winning numerous awards in the music scene and not to mention, they have also performed with internationally renowned bands like My Chemical Romance and All American Rejects. *applause*
